Ann's Story
Went to HS at Westside where I was Ann Davis. After graduating U of Omaha I came to New York, studied theater at AMDA and was cast in a number of traveling and NY Broadway musicals films and TV commercials. At this point I had to change my name to Ann Davies as there was an Ann Davis in Actors Equity, my union.
Married in 68 to a playwrite, three children, divorced 20 yrs later and became a psychoanalyst which I still practice.

Always played sports, some semi pro. Still play a decent game of golf in 80s or 90s. I usually appear in a show a year in upstate NY. Have apt. in NYC and house upstate.
I have a very good life, lots of friends and a partner of 20 yrs.
I also have 5 darling young grandchildren. Daughter who is a TV director and writer who won 2 Emmys last year and two sons in the money business.
