ion. I taught psychology and sociology in a community college. I was director of the Head Start program in Wichita, Kansas. Currently, I write short stories for adults and for children; write poetry; like to read, garden, and make pottery. I am learning Spanish and in time may actually be able to use it! I live in a three generation household which I enjoy immensely. I have two wonderful children; five grandchildren born to me and two who came to me from Iran. I live on the side of a hill which used to be the bottom of the sea and find that much of life has similar wonderfully strange juxtapositions".
