Ann's Story
In March I will have been a Life Professed Sister of St. Mary for 37 years. In religion I am Sister Catherine Clare. Before that I worked in cancer and blood disorders research at Wadley Institutes in Dallas. After getting my Masters in Biology I switched to Psychology and got as far as passing all my quals and trying to select a dissertation topic when I realized I was being called to be a Sister. rite, and I paint in pastels, watercolor, gouache, and acrylics.
At MHS I was "the new kid" my senior year. I did make friends, but was so focused academically I didn't do much other extracurricular than Biology Club and Literary Guild (?) I had a poem published in "A Candle in the WInd" in 1964.
I am now on Facebook and prefer contact through Facebook Messenger.. I would especially love to hear from Sandy, MArgaret, Eva, and Cindy . You know who you are! And Ben...I remember you with great fondness. There is more on the MHS site.
