Ann's Story

I married my high school sweetheart, John (Pokey) Boone. We have been married since Oct. 20, 1973. We have 4 sons and 8 grandchildren. We moved to Fort Worth, Texas in 1986, and still live here. Make that 10 grandchildren. Pokey, the love of my life lost his battle with many medical issues September 4, 2021. At this time we have 15 awesome grandchildren. kitchen manager for FWISD on January 31, 2022. 🤔 I plan to find something new to occupy my time , as I am not the 'sit around the house' type. My youngest sister is taking me on a trip to Cabo, Mexico for my birthday in May...exciting 😊 so until then I will let life lead me for a while. As we all know, tomorrow is not promised, so live for today and be thankful for what you have.
