Life I'm in Nevada, enjoying the rural desert. I'm married to Make, who was an engineer for Arco Alaska until they were bought out by BP. We lived in Alaska for about 15 years, a beautiful place with marvelous people. It really was a great match for our outdoors lifestyle. He's now teaching middle school science, building tomorrow's thinkers with a conscience (and hopefully, a heart for God). We are loving the rockhounding here in Nevada. Our backyard is full of beautiful agates, wonderstone, and some opals. We have 4 kids (2 of each) and 8 grandkids (4 of each) - spread all over the country. Wish they were closer!
