Ann's Story

Life After college, I worked in advertising for 5 years, in commercial production. Found it difficult to get promotions, etc, so I left and started teaching in Brooklyn. Not my life's ambition, but it did give me alot of free time, and time for a life. I started running and while training for the 1990 NYC ...Expand for more
Marathon, I met the man who would become my husband. We married in 1992 and moved to central NJ. In the fall of 1994 I took a leave from the Board of Ed to raise our 2 daughters. I will be returning to the board this September, 2004. My leave is ending and my husband is retiring, so he will be "Mr. Mom".
