Quick profile version: Graduated Carrollton High in 1962 after also going to Wink (TX) High and Jr. High in Texarkana, TX. Met my hubby at Univ. of No. Tex. Married over 50 years. Lived in Garland, TX (where our daughter, Sidney, was born) and in Arlington, TX, where our son was born. In 1975, we moved to a small farming community in Nebraska, where our kids grew up--an ideal place for a family. Now...Expand for more
live in Grand Island, NE., population 50,000. We both retired in 1999 and hit the road with the RV. We've been all over the continent - spent 5-months in Alaska (a fantastic dream trip we had planned for years). We love exploring new areas, hiking, sightseeing, and camping. Our daughter & oldest granddaughter live in Ft. Worth. Our son lives 5 blocks up the street from us & has 4 kids aged 21, 18, 14 & 4.
