Annamarie's Story
In high school I had a boyfriend (if you could call him that) named Mike Goessel (Whale) who dumped me (now, why would anybody dump me?). I was so heartbroken I jumped into bed with his best friend and ended up pregnant in senior year. Oh great ! Me and Ron McGettigan, Sr. produced Ron McGettigan, Jr. (go to albums, he's in there!! - also an U.D. alumni). Without getting into too many stories of too many husbands after my first, me and Whale reconnected in 1999. !!). He has 3 kids, I have 3 kids, and we became the dysfunctional Brady Bunch. We all lived together, slowly the older ones trickled out, and now we are left with 3: Georgie, age 20 (Mike's); Leanna, age 17 (Mike's) and Gabrielle, age 16 (mine). The older kids are Ron, age 34 (mine), Jessica, age 26 (mine) and Johanna, age 24 (Mike's). He is my high school sweetheart, and I never thought in a million years I would be spending my middle aged years with him cause he was such an ass! Anyways, I could go on and on, but ya gotta stop sooner or later!!
