Anne's Story
Life
I graduated from Georgetown U. in 1978 with a B.S. in Chemistry. I married in 1979 to Brian Jenkins. I've done graduate work in both chemistry and education. I subbed for Fairfax County mainly at the high school level. We have 2 children: Jeff(22-student at NOVA) and Katie(19-sophmore at Penn State majoring in architectural engineering. I attended BSC from 1974-1976. Then I transferred to Georgetown University in 1976 and graduated from GU in 1978. I attended grad school at AU in 1979-1980 in chemistry. After the family settled down, I attended GMU trying to obtain a teaching certicate and a MA in Education in 1997-1998.
