Anne's Story
Life
Life is good! I moved to Washington, I got married 2 years ago and have 1 son born in October 2007. Lot's of changes! I did individual therapy/family therapy for the past several years. My current job is as a homeless liasion and program supervisor for the school district and the homeless population. It is challenging and exciting.
College
I went to the University of Montana and received a bachelors degree in psychology and a master's of science in Health and Human Performance. I moved back to San Diego shortly after and received a master's of art in coun...Expand for more
seling psychology. I am taking a few classes in Washington so I can become a school counselor.
Workplace
For the past four years I have had the honor of working with the most at risk youth in San Diego County. Mainly I have provided individual therapy and intensive family therapy to kids in Juvenile Hall and kids in a probation school. I have learned so much from my client's and it will be sad to leave them. However, I am excited about my new job in Washington. I will work as a project coordinator/liaison between the school district and the homeless shelters.
