Anne's Story

Today is a great day and I have been blessed in many ways. After West High, I went to W. Michigan University determined to save the world and be a social worker. I graduated a teacher and then a counselor and then a specialist in addiciton counseling and have been in public big city education ever since. with MSU Extension working back in the school system I retired from only dealing with issues of childhood obesity and movement. Guess it is a good thing to teach what I need to know. Have a beautiful daughter who is married and lives in Seattle. (birthed her at age 40 during a brief but interesting marriage) and have enjoyed the single mom status ever since. Looking for friends from the past and curious how all of you are doing in this time of change. We lived the sixties and seventies...where is your thinking now?
