Anne-marie's Story
I have been living in this area for over 30 years, a true northerner! I love the outdoors and am fortunate to live in the country where I can truly enjoy all of the seasons.
I have been working in an optometrists office since 1999. I was mostly a stay at home mom prior to this, occasionally working as a dental assistant. I graduated from the pioneer dental assistant course in 1977 from Cambrian College. I kind of stumbled into this field due to my present spouse who is an optometrist here in Timmins for the past 34 years. I enjoy my work especially my interaction with people.

ghter. Brent is 30, engaged, works for the City of Timmins and is a father of two daughters ages 6 and 5. I am blessed to have my three grand daughters so near and try to see them as often as is possible. Being a grandmother is indeed grand! I also have two step daughters...Sara is 28 and is currently studying to obtain her nursing degree through Laurentian U and Jessica lives in Ottawa and is presently completing her phsychology degree as well as working in retail. She is 26 years old.
I have been away since 1976 but I still consider Sturgeon Falls my home and think it is one of the prettiest towns in the north. Family, friends and good memories of happy times keep me coming back for more!
