My story leads me from Monterey High to 2 years of MPC with no degree coming out of there. I was tired of school which was foolish of me. I went into the workforce and became a truck driver for Bell Magazine. During that time, I met my wife, Debbie Cook, sister of my best friend, Jim Cook Sr. Jimmy and I have been best friends for years. He was instrumental in leading me to Jesus Christ and becoming a born-again Christian. Because of my testimony as a Christian, being a truck driver and delivering questionable magazines, I found a job with Lockwood Technical Incorporated doing electrical work and worked myself up through ranks to middle management and a purchasing buyer position. Like all manufacturing businesses, it was traded a couple of times and became ITW Dynatec with movement to Tennessee out of Sand City, CA. Tennessee is where I retired after 35 years in the business.
