Anton's Story
Life
Here's the short and sweet. Finished Northwestern with a bachelor of science degree in education and social policy, worked on an ambulance as an EMT for 1 1/2 years, attended Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Missouri graduating in 2002, got married in 2000 to Michele Laciak (college best friend and sweetheart), finished medicine residency at St. Louis University in June 2005, and served as Chief Resident in internal medicine at SLU from 2005...Expand for more
-2006. Currently working on a nephrology fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis/Barnes-Jewish Hospital to be finished in 2009, and will further sub-subspecialize in interventional nephrology. Our daughter, Ava Emerson Laciak Cabellon, was born on July 3, 2005 and our son, Colin Anton Laciak Cabellon, was born February 21, 2007. Eventual plan is to move to Indianapolis and go into private practice/academics, haven't decided yet. Hope all is well!
