Toni (Antonia)'s Story
Life
You may remember me as Toni Sparano when I lived on Grove Street in Lynbrook. I still reside on Long Island and was married to Charles Geiser for 43 years. He attended Lynbrook High School, Class of 1962. He passed away in Dec 2011. We had no children. I do have a big loveable Boxer dog named Winnie.
I spent 25+ years in management/sales, now I'm self employed hosting international students and travelers in my home. In July of 2000 my book was published, "Innocent Heart, Laughter and Tears". It's a memoir of my mother's youth in the Campania Region of Italy. I am still working on a cookbook.
With help from Jody, Lynn and Marc...I put together two reunions for our Malverne Class of 1967. The first was for our 35th and second was our 40th. I still remain in touch with many of my classmates via email. We occasionally have "mini" reunions, if a classmate is coming in from out of state. Now, we are in the planning ...Expand for more
stages for our 50th which will be held in New Hope, PA. We have a small yet growing private group on Facebook where we are already lighting fires of conversations posting pictures from our respective grammar schools.

Well, to all that attended we had a magnificent 50th reunion at the Luccaro's place in New Hope, PA...and to all who did not attend you missed something exquisitely special. The Hollyhedge and the 1740's House were the perfect venue for reuniting us. Joe's places are delightful and charming and we were wowed with the meals presented to us. Thanks to Joe and Amy for their wonderful hospitality. I cannot think of a better place to do all future reunions. A special thank you to all!
