April's Story
Life
Well I'm about to be an aunty. Anna will have her baby at the end of may 2008. She is married and living in T.O. As for me, I am still living at home, soon to be moving in with the love of my life. And will also be getting a job with Monrovia PD within the next few months. So far, life is good. Finally!
School
My favorite memories about Covina, would only be the Catalina trip with the band...my roommates know what I'm talking about; color ralley was really fun getting ready for and made some new friends; and also my favorite times would be away games or tournaments with my varsity volleyball teammates. I will never forget any of them! That was the best time of my life.
College
I have attended Cal Poly Pomona for about 5 years now...wow I'm old. I am majoring in Animal...Expand for more
Science as a business/industries major. I've met a lot of interesting people in the animal science feild of study and lets just say there are only a few of us who are normal. the job I really want as an animal behavioral therapist.
Workplace
My favorite jobs i've held would be with Heavenly Pet Resort and Little Angeles Kennels. I have worked for a vet as a technician but decided vet school wasn't for me and quit! From both different aspects of the animal business I have pretty much determined how to figure out animal behavior, which is why i wanted to become an animal behavioral therapist. Right now, I work for Covina Valley Unified School District at an elementry school working with special needs students. I also work at the west covina 24 hour fitness club, also with kids.
