Arlene's Story
Life
I have been teaching theatre arts and choir for the past 16 years at Moreau Catholic High School.
I am chair of the Visual and Performing Arts Department as well. I also direct plays in the Bay Area. I am a graduate of the Theatre and Dance Department at CSUH where I sometimes teach classes and/or music direct their musicals. ral times at the Fringe Festival in Edinburgh, Scotland, as well as at the international festival of Amathus in Cyprus. My choir students and I have had the opportunity to perform in Funabashi, Hayward's sister-city in Japan. In my spare time I spend many happy hours with my dog - especially time in the backyard growing vegetables (my Italian heritage!) I love to travel. Some of my favorite places that I've visited include Italy, Egypt and Turkey.
