Arlene's Story
I've been a nurse for over 30 years. Mostly in cardiac nursing and now doing education and computerized health records in the outpatient setting. I got my RN in North Carolina then hurried up to get back to LI. Eventually landed in Arlington, VA and work in DC at George Washington University physicians practice.

son, Charlie, who is 23. Widowed in 1987 and have been married to a VA good ole boy for 11 years.
I am a secret NASCAR fan (it's that NC influence) and no matter how hard I try, will always be the beer drinking Brentwood girl I started out as (even though I would love to be the classy red wine drinking lady I think I am..)
