Some of us have grown up....some just got a little older. Someone once commented to me that they did not understand why CHHS alumni always have CHHS listed in their OBITS. She said many had greater accomplishments but still list CHHS. I told her she obviously did not go to CHHS. We were and are, a close, proud group of south siders from basic, humble beginnings. We had pride in our school, our families, our friends, our community, who we were, where we were and where we planned to be in our future.
