Life
Hello Ya'll!
I guess it's time to update my life a bit. I'm still married to my wife of 29 years, Kathy Lynn Young-Brewer of Longmont, CO. My children are Arsenio (28), Arnaux (25) and Ciarra (22). Yep, I got married late.
Currently, I'm still coaching Track and Field as a personal trainer, I've coached at the Academy of Art University, San Francisco, James Logan High School, Union City and Berkeley High School It's been 49 years. I made the most significant decision of my life in 1972. I decided to give up pursuing my life long dream of making the US Olympic Team. I realized I could have a more lasting impact coaching and giving others the opportunity to be better human beings through the Sport of Track and Field. 2006), numerous National and State Champions over last 5 decades, including my daughter Ciarra. She is the 2015 NCAA Champion Women's Indoor Triple Jump Champion, 8 time NCAA All-American, two time California State high school Champion (2009,2011) in the same event. Her brother Arnaux was a 3 time State finalist in the Triple Jump and a currently a World Middle Weight Champion in Mixed Martial Arts.

I've been blessed to have an awesome wife and marriage, we have spent many hours over the years providing Marriage and Family Counseling for our church members, friends and families of team members.
I guess over the past 50 years I've had no regrets with the life I've lived except one!
That one thing is that haven't done a very good job keeping up with relationships I had in High School. Hopefully some of those can be rekindled.
