Art's Story
Life
My high school sweetheart made my life complete by marrying me. Diane (Doolittle) and I have been married now since 1972 and have three beautiful daughters, April, Autumn, and Amber. Although we have traveled extensively we still live in Racine but hope to someday retire somewhere warmer at least during the winter months.
College
Unfortunately I viewed College as just a necessity and not something to be enjoyed. So I just commuted and worked at it and it was really not much different for me than extended high school except I had fewer friends and less classroom time.
Workplace

areer in Production Planing at Webster Electric Company as a shop floor expeditor and advanced to Planner while attending UW-P part time. Then a position opened at J.I. Case Company where I worked for about 5 years as a planner/supervisor. I then moved on to Miller Brewing Company where over the course of 25 years, I completed my degree and advanced from Planner to Corporate Manager of Planning until September 2003 when I was downsized out. Diane and I are not poised to open up 3 ladies only workout facilities in the Racine/Kenosha area called ShapeXpress. We hope to have the first one opened this summer.
