March, 2012 Hello friends! Hope everyone is doing well. Many of us are retired now, or soon will be. We are drawing Social Security, and relying on Medicare! How did we get so OLD?! Our school years don't seem THAT long ago! A few assorted thoughts: It is my sincere hope that life has been, and will continue to be, kind to you all. We Boomers have made mistakes, but we have made significant contributions as well. In general, we've had it good. Many thanks to our parents, teachers, mentors, and others for their support, guidance, encouragement, and love. It's all appreciated. As we roll through our "Autumn" years, the torch gets passed. Hope, luck, prosperity, and peace to all succeeding generations. We wish you well. Many of us have a "front row seat" to this transition as there are kids, grandkids, and even great grandkids for some of you. Enjoy! A fond farewell to those who have passed, and best wishes to those remaining for whatever time we have left. Our school years were great, the usual teenage "drama" notwithstanding. Thanks for the memories! In conclusion, I hope everyone is happy, healthy, and reasonably comfortable.
