rabia for about 6 years, followed by living aboard a sailboat and cruising up and down the US east coast and Bahamas for about 3 years, ultimately settling in Punta Gorda, FL in 1997. Been working in the fitness and health field since, but am just about to retire for the maybe final time this month, May 2017.. UPDATE 20/8/18 - diagnosed with ALS mid 2017, moved across river to Port Charlotte and handicapped friendly home, experiencing more and more of the effects of ALS, but still being seen rather than viewed. UPDATE 4/6/19 - still hanging around.
