Life
...30 years is a long time. I went to Iowa State University for 5 years getting a double major in Meat science and Food science and went directly to work for Pillsbury-Green Giant Entrees in Lafayette, Indiana. Then went to Pillsbury-Green Giant Frozen Vegetables in Watsonville, California for 4 years. Then moved to Joplin, Missouri for Pillsbury-Totinos Pizza and then onto Pillsbury-Haagen Dazs in Woodb...Expand for more
ridge, NJ. After Pillsbury, I worked for McCain Foods making pizza in NJ and then onto Johnsonville Foods in New Haven, CT making sausage. I have been at my present job for 7 years as Plant Manager of Premio Foods in NJ, where we are the largest Italian Sausage producers in the country. Somewhere along the way I got married and have 4 kids, one about to start college. We have lived in CT for the last 14 years.
