Avra's Story

Went to Stanford 1970-1974, did math and philosophy. Worked for a year at the Stanford Artificial Intelligence Lab. Moved to Edinburgh, Scotland to do PhD in computer science, 1975-1979. Worked there for a while. Married Mike Gordo...Expand for more
n in 1979. Moved together to Cambridge, England 1981. Worked there for 12 years. Sons born in 1991 and 1994. Taught them at home up to age 15. Still in Cambridge. One kid now at Cambridge (math), one finishing school. Life not bad.
