BARBARA's Story
After graduating in 1966, I went to C.C.S.C and received a degree in Elementary Education and got a wonderful job as a third grade teacher at Mt.View School in Bristol.I married a wonderful fellow named Dave Sorel. I continued with my education and received a Masters Degree and a 6th year degree in Supervision in Education. I remained at Mt. View School for 36 years -it was my home away from home. nts,and collegues there after retiring in 2006 we began to be "snow birds" in Florida. We enjoyed the climate in Florida so much we decided to give up our rakes and shovels and we moved down there .It is a wonderful life- sunshine, less taxes, a beautiful home on a lake with a heated swimming pool. I can not get into old lady Bingo, but I sure enjoy playing Mah Jong.Life is greagt!
Married 45 years of marriage has been awesome also.
