Roy's Story
LIFE;
Grew up all over USA, (mostly West)Guam, Phillipines, Germany.
Immature high school kid with basically no academic focus, no support, no fixed goals other than some sports. Fell in love yet could not do anything about it. I was an emotional cripple with no people skills. Latent art talent though.
Lockheed Aircraft Corp. Palmdale, california 3,500. people on day shift. Move aircraft through station 25-50 evry two weeks. 90+% of the people knew how to really work, ~7% dead wood. Received letter of commendation. Surrounded by horny wimen that I had no idea what to do with. Nothing ever happened.
Navy career same as high school. Thankfully I met great people with true intellect and heart. I love my country. I love the Navy even though I did not realize it then. Search and Evasion course. Deep Water Survival course. I should have tried out for the SEALS although I did not have enough good sense to actualize on the opportunity. Meritorious service medal. Learned how to scuba dive in Brunswick, Maine. I could swim 250 feet under water without fins or goggles on one lung full of air.

Lockheed Aircraft Corp. Palmdale california. 1980-82. Few people knew how to work. As a consequence the L-1011 program shut down due to inability of mentally depraved morons to comprehend work ethics. Skunk works were no better. My boss and I could not believe the criminal insanity of being forced to spend four hours (tax payers dollars) each day reading magazines and playing cards. In light of the fact that the Airforce could not buyoff on the aircraft because it did not function properly.
