Barbara's Story

Life I have been married for 17 years. I have 2 Children. My son is 12 (7th grade) and my daughter is 9 (4th grade). I am a stay at home Mom, but am active and involved in a number of activities. I still run, but now mostly compete in triathlons up to Olympic distance. My goal is to complete a Half Ironman triathlon next summer. I have completed ...Expand for more
a few half marathons and 2 marathons. My children are both competitive swimmers for our local Y, so I spend a lot of time at the Y working out while they practice. I own a handmade, beaded jewelry business. My son has Juvenile Diabetes, so I am very involved as a volunteer with our local Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation chapter. Barbara
