Barbara's Story
Life
So in 1979 I left New York and headed West. Landed in San Francisco and went to law school. Best decision of my life. Moved to Sonoma County, CA (wine country) and for a time had two offices--SF and Sonoma County. I relocated to Palm Springs, CA in 1998 and opened up a practice here specializing in estate planning, real estate litigation, bankruptcy.
I am now a Commissioner on the Palm Springs Human Rights Commission and also President of Desert Women for Equal...Expand for more
ity, a nonprofit giving free mammograms to the uninsured and underinsured women of Coachella Valley.
I live with the love of my life--found her late in life but at least I found her! My two dogs, Henri (a very, very large standard poodle) and Speckles (a very, very sweet dalmation) are the joys of my life. My home is a santuary with 25 palm trees and a fantastic swimming pool close to downtown Palm Springs. It's a home filled with love.
