Retired and back to freelancing graphic design--left the ball and chain desk job for FREEDOM in April '09. Lots of arts advocacy, visual arts event planning and coordination, working on opening a community school of the arts in spring of 2010. Most important contribution to society: my two sons, one a history major working on his degree, planning to teach, the other a radio DJ, married to a HS English teacher.
