Barbara's Story
Life
After my wedding in 1973 to Dave (we met at SUNY Cobleskill) I moved to Syracuse, NY. In 1986 a job transfer sent us to Evansville, IN. Another transfer in 1991 sent us to Flemington, NJ. In 2000 a job change sent us to Miami, FL. In 2002 my husband was downsized. Oct. 2003 we moved back "up north". First we lived with our son in Syracuse, NY. June 2004 my husband landed a job in Glens Falls, NY. Then a new job change moved us to Utica, NY in May 2005. Not quite done yet... In March 2006 once again a job change moved us to Huntersville, NC (just north of Charlotte). So for the moment that's "where I am". We never say this is our last move and we know this won't be. Next stop...a move for retirement, whenever that will be. My husb...Expand for more
and and I enjoy traveling and going to new places but we sure wish it was for vacations!
For the past few years I have been trying to keep our Class of '71 together. I helped with the 30th and 35th reunions and had been doing a newsletter and class directory before moving to NC. If you have not been contacted by me in the past then I do not have your email or mailing address updated on the class list. Please send me a message/email from this Classmates site and do put your info in it. I hope to get back to doing a newsletter, etc. after the new year. A 40th reunion in 2011 is not that far off.
I am a doll, teddy bear and other collectibles collector. Guess it's because I have 2 sons (Keith 30 & Kevin 27) and need some "girl time"!
