Barbara's Story
Life
It's been a very busy life. I have been married (repeatedly) have 3 children and 7 grandchildren. Not married anymore, nor will I again.
I am still a Hippy and a "flower child" and will always be. I have worked with animals, dogs, birds, fish, horses. My kids are all doing well living in Tulsa and Dayton. I am also an artist, Murals, paintings, drawings, just about any medium.
In the last year I have radically changed my life an dlife style. I moved to a small island on the West coast of S. Florida and run and boat and golf cart rental business on a 4star resort. It is great! My partner of several years decided that he...Expand for more
liked the hustle and bustle and silicone of the East Coast of Florida, so when I got the op to come over here we decided we were better friends than lovers! All is good!
I am still crazy, a loner and horribly independent. I still "rock" and go to concerts as often as possible, but during a normal month I only leave the island about once or twice.
My orchids and plants and art fill my life when not working. I kayak and boat weekly.
Most people might say "sounds pretty boring to me", but it is paradise and I love it.
I have made contact with several of my HS friends and look forward to catching up with several more.
