Barbara's Story
Life
I moved to Florida in '91. I am an Esthetician (Skin Care Specialist). I opened my own Spa 2 years ago. I married in 2006 to the most wonderful man. It took me this long to finally get it right. Who knew there is still a few good men left in the world. We do not have childern. I am greatful for my health, happiness & the success I've accomplished. My first visit home was 11 years after I moved here. I haven't returned since. We plan to visit this summer.

At 18 I saw an artical in the paper for travel agent school. I thought I could travel the world & sell it. (ha-ha). After graduation as a Travel Agent it was hard to find a job. They wanted on the job experience to carry your clientel over. This lead me to Managing Resorts. Then to Florida to Manage Vacation Rental Homes. After 16 years of high stress fast living career I decided to work smart and not hard. I always had a passion for skincare and make-up (being raised by a Beautician). I decided to take my passion to the next level and persue it as a career. I did 4 years ago and love what I do.
