Life I've been married for thirty-four years to the same person. We've spent twenty-two years in the Air Force, living all over the country and world. Our son was born in China and he tells me he has no plans on taking a trip back to see his birth place.( I wonder why) Our son was married three years ago in Westport,Ct., to a beautiful Lady that he met at work. I just became a Grandma a month ago to a beautiful baby girl named Grace Marie. My Son and his family live in Wentzville,Mo. My hubby and I live in Atlanta, Ga. It's hard living this far away from them, not being able to see them and that granddaughter of ours. I'm retired from the fire department. I was a Paramedic and firefighter for eighteen years, while living in the midwest. When my husband got this job with Georgia-Tech, I decided to retire. Durning our Military years, my husband was stationed at Andrews,AFB. Washington,DC. Flying with the 89th( which flies the President, Senior members of the House and senate ) He was gone 270-285 days a year, it was hard on us wives with children when they were gone so much.
