Barbara's Story
I left McComb in 1977 and moved to Dothan, Alabama. I don't know how my profile got stuck on McComb HS, but I can't edit it. I went to Dothan High the first year I was here and then went to Northview the last two years. For those of you from McComb, the band at Dothan High was awesome like McComb's. Northview was a new school and the band was nothing to write home about. , I went to Chipola Jr. College in Marianna, Florida due to $ reasons. I played with the community band there. I returned to Troy for my last two years - minus my flute after it was stolen. I graduated in 1984 with a BS in Criminal Justice. I have worked in this field since then. I am twice divorced and have two sons, Jerry and Justin. Jerry is a senior at Troy and Justin is in the Air Force. I am still in Dothan and a social worker.
I would LOVE to hear from my old classmates in McComb! McComb will always be my hometown in my heart!
