Barbara's Story
After graduation I worked for Sanborn's Travel from Oct. 68 to April 69. I moved to Houston and worked for the 1st travel agency in Houston, Harvey Travel in River Oaks on West Gray. I took a few classes at University of Houston, but ended up getting my certification as a travel agent. I moved to Dallas in 1973 when I married my husband Nick Marsico. yed until 2007. From 1999 to 2006 I was an international travel supervisor for Carlson Wagonlit Travel, where I handled the "Big Guys", Pentagon, FDA, Social Security, FBI, DOT, DOE, DOD, etc.,. Now I work for a gourmet sauce company in Fredericksburg, Tx. We have 3 sons, 1 daughter-in-law, 2 grandsons, and 1 granddaughter. One son lives in Portland, Or. w/his children, 1 son in San Antonio with his beautiful wife, and our baby son (25yrs) lives in Vancouver, Wash.
