Barbara's Story
Life
After graduation,I attended West Valley Junior College,then went on to marry in July of 1967. I have one son. My husband died from cancer in 1971. It was then my son and I left California moving to Florida. In 1972 I remarried and subsequently gave birth to a daughter. During the next 10 years I was a stay-at-home Mom. Director of Sales for Seminole County Chamber of Commerce. After 2 years I chose to once again stay home in order to take care of my terminally ill mother. Following her death I began working in sales at the Better Business Bureau. I've been an account executive in the commercial recycling/trash business for over 20 years. My husband and I have been married 41 wonderful years! I often think about my friends and days at Del Mar.
