Barbara's Story

I live in the Wine Country California (Sonoma County)with my husband of 44 years. After two years of college, I went to work on Capitol Hill for Senator Thomas Dodd (Chris Dodd's Father)I moved to San Francisco in 1964 where I met my husband who was in law school. We had two boys then I returned to school where I received a bachelor's degree in history then on to UCLA for a master's degree in Public Administration. tired 8 years ago! My husband and I love to travel - just returned from Kauai where we celebrated his birthday and my daughter in law's 40th. My younger son lives 7 blocks from us and has two sons 8 and 5. We had a wonderful time!! My older son lives in Seattle with three girls, 8, 6 and 4! Life couldn't be better! p.s. I read in our local paper that Hoy Steele passed away in Santa Rosa a couple of years ago. I never knew he was out here. He was a minister in our area.
