Barbara's Story
After graduation from Olympia, I took classes to learn a "trade" and moved to North Carolina. Ended up teaching in a Christian preschool, then returned to the Rochester area to go to Brockport. Had a great time pursuing a history/elemetary ed. majors and just before graduating (1978), met my first husband. We moved to Phoenix and I started teaching. vorced. Met a wonderful man, got married, was awarded custody of his kids- then there were 5 of us. Retired from teaching in 2007. One son recently graduated from University of Arizona, middle son is a Marine, married and living in Hawaii, daughter just graduated from high school.
I get back to Rochester now and then as my father still lives in northern New York.
I have been very blessed. GOD IS GOOD...LIFE IS GOOD!
