Beautiful days like this are to enjoy, in so many ways. The sun is out, the sky is a perfect blue, palm trees are green, the pool is inviting but still a little cool for a swim. Travel is fun and interesting to me. I have not traveled out of the west lately but mentally I am getting the urge. I love the United States and the natural beauty we are blessed with here. Travels to other cultures stimulate my mind and creativity. Meeting people, hearing their stories, cultures. music and art stirs my spirit wherever I find myself. I have an urge to travel to new places yet would return to the Netherlands, Greece or the UK any day. People and places in these countries have touched my heart and made feel at home and adventurous! I love the world and the people, animals and plants that make this such a place of beauty and spirit. Dogs have my heart. They offer a unique friendship bringing loyalty, appreciation and love to anyone who allows them to truly share their lives. Spirituality and science are both important in my life. I see God as creator therefore God is in everything, even science. One thing I do not understand is when people use God to separate people instead of bringing people together. I do not believe "the devil made me do it" we make our own choices and there is no room for the devil when the house is filled with God. I believe that God is positive, loving and is the source encouraging science, art and knowledge. I am still learning and plan to continue learning. My family is grown. Grandchildren are wonderful, we share so much. Children seem to come into life knowing things that spur life ahead. My grandchildern could use a computer before they could read.
