Life What have I been up to for the last 30 years??? Hmm...Got married young...22... to a guy even younger...21 and moved to Nova Scotia...Suffered for many years as a navy wife while working (Sears) and raising 3 sons (like the latter isn't enough work). Hubby was away a lot (months at a time, to places like Egypt, Israel, the Caribbean, Greece, Somalia). Moved to Kingston when my husband was transferred, got a job (Sears again)...continued raising 3 sons...not stressed enough so I enrolled at Queens University and got my BA in Health Studies. Again, followed my husband when he was transferred to Toronto, got a job (Sears yet again)...only this time we left one kid behind (He's 27...good lord I feel old). Living in Oakville, commuting to Toronto. Crawled my way up the corporate ladder to become a marketing manager at Sears Canada (putting that health degree to good use). Two years ago we moved to Grimsby...dropped off 2 more kids (twins, 25, both joined the military and are in the same unit). A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with diabetes (finally did get to use the health degree), felt sorry for myself and then decided I needed a lot more adventure so I've begun to try a lot different things.
