Barbara's Story

After high school, I went to Northeast for a few semesters, but couldn't pass algebra, so I joined the Navy in 1974. I was stationed in Florida, Guam and Willow Grove, Pa as an Air Traffic Controller. I got out in 1986, and moved to Albuquerque, NM and got hired at the post office there. erred to Portland, OR and that is where I have remained. I am married to Gary and we have whittled our family down to two dogs, Max, a pug and Zena, a chocolate lab. Don't get to Louisiana much, although my mother and younger sister still live in Shreveport. Not much excitement or interesting testimony.
