Barbara's Story

Life I don't often get home to visit my homeland of Canada since I left in '84 to marry a U.S. Marine from the U.S. Embassy, Ottawa, Canada. However, I have fond memories of Hawaii as a former military spouse. I remain in the U.S. but no longer have attachments to the military. I had a brief career in Hotel Accounting where I met and married my best friend. I then pursued my career in the legal field where I have been for the last 15 years. r lives in sunny northern Florida. My one and only daughter has gifted us with a two lovely grandaughters. Life is grand. School I started High School at Chippewa High School in North Bay, Ontario and then proceeded to Hillcrest High School in Ottawa, Ontario for 10th grade and for 11 and 12th grade I finished out at High School of Commerce. Workplace I am a Florida Registered Paralegal, Military I was a military spouse in the mid to early 1990's whereas my last name was Ferguson.
