Barbara's Story
We celebrated 46 years of marriage in April 2013. Have one son, a great daughter-in-law, and three wonderful little grandsons! Have been in Christian ministry almost non-stop since 1987. Currently serve with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in Fairbanks, Alaska where we have made our home since 1987. Still grieving the very premature loss of my only sister (Cathy Beck Shaffer) from pancreatic cancer four and a half years ago. Happy to know she is with the Lord, however!

ministry, we moved back to Montana in October 2014 to be near our son and his family. Two years ago this month the Lord enabled us (we had no savings) t0 purchase our own home via a VA loan after not having our own place since late 1986! We are so blessed! Loving our tiny community of Dixon, MT and are only an hour from our grandsons, now in 7th, 5th, and 3rd grades. We attend a wonderful Christian and Missionary Alliance (CMA) church in Missoula and so appreciate the relationships God has given us there.
