Future includes a move from Los Alamos where the altitude (over 6Kft) is difficult for me.
My Job
24/7 operator at LANL. monitoring Fire Alarms and calls for incidences
Transferred from SAFE-3/PS-2 to Emergency operations center..
Alarm tech, building and maintaining and analyzing sensors for Los Alamos National Labs.
I spent 15yrs working for a R&D company working security, data acquisition, analysis, report generation, researching purchases, building and configuring test platforms, driving equipment and conducting tests from Chesapeake to Santa Barbara, CA & Nevada test site, computer maintenance of all types and general go-fer.
Looking forward to spending more time traveling, spending time with family, working with genealogy and volunteering....Expand for more
Life
My Spouse & I met at a coffee house at Geneva-on-the-Lake where he was singing with a folk band with Heather Burnham, Randy Walker, Win Frenell? . I would visit on breaks from UE, Evansville, Indiana. He became a licensed pastor at Velarde United Methodist Church in 2009.
My Kids
Valerie lives in NM and has lived in Alaska, Washington, and TX. She was a top bassist in High school.
Stephanie lives in Denver, CO and has a 9 yr old daughter and 14 year old daughter. She is a masseuse & hopes to open her own salon.
Dirk works for Toyota and has 3 children. He & his family live in Indiana.
I always wanted to be a lab technician when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a crazy idea. As it turns out, they were right. I hate needles..
