My Life was Lakes / Boating / School / Vocal Music / Marching Band / Friends / Now? Independence Kansas-Oklahoma 2007-present day. Miss Barbara Gerea Kelly ( Jur-REE' ) '69 - '73 w /Alisal High with "Lotsa special friends from Alisal, North High & Salinas High" "I Thank the Good Lord above for 'some' Unanswered Prayers" I moved to Kansas, to be near my Mother (her request) + Aunt & Uncle, Daughter & Grandson on November 7, 2007. I can not regret this move. I had plans to go away to school in the Autumn of 1973. Instead, I was talked into an engagement. I was dedicated to my marriage vows. A Dumb Blonde thing. Got rid of the blonde hair, too! ;-) I never truly planned to get married. That one was not too good of a person, very often. I'm pleased to remain single. I do go out still yet & have made some friends here. I've stopped grieving that circus. Time for smiles No more negativity on this profile. Only look to wake up each day with a smile I still give thanks to the Sister of my heart & soul; Janet Smith Martin. Thank You Sis. Thank the Good Lord. Now, I'm training a new dog. It's a terrific dog, dogs can help a person be healthier & pay attention to day-to-day living. Seeing my daughter & her family gives me great joy. My grandson will graduate high school in May 2023, a certified welder of 3 years; with a 2-year college degree & an associates degree also. It's just begun November 2022 & he has completed all of the senior academics & college courses early. He continues to go to welding & carpentry at high school, through the rest of the school year.
