Barbara's Story

Barbara is from Lansing, Michigan. Her schools include Eastern High School. She was owner of Affordable Abatement, Inc. of Grand Rapids and now is the CEO of QUAT, Inc. a trainer of lead paint. Barb tried retirement two years ago but could not get away from contractors that needed help in the lead paint industry. She is again training lead paint abatement and the new EPA Renovator class to those in Northern Michigan that do not want...Expand for more
to travel to Detroit for training. Married for 46 years, mother of 3, grandmother of 9. Enjoys living on a northern Michigan lake and the company that comes with the property. Also enjoys the fishing and trips to see elk in the area. Husband retired from the State of Michigan as the area Wildlife Biologist in charge of the state's Elk Herd.
