Barbara's Story
Graduated in 1965 from Marshall. Found a job that summer in San Antonio at INA Insurance (now known as Ace American Insurance). Met Mr. Right in April 1966 through one of my dearest friends...we got engaged in July 1966 and Married 12/03/66. We have now been married 43 years, and I am still working at the same company 42 years. We moved to Red Oak, Tx (just outside of Dallas) in 1979. grandchildren, 5 boys and 5 girls ranging in age from 1 to 12. Five of them, 3 girls & 2 boys,live in Glide, Oregon where our son, David, is a pastor of Covenant Life Fellowship. Our daughter has 3 boys & 1 girl and they live with us in Red Oak, TX. She works at Justin Boots corporate offices in Ft. Worth as a customer service rep. Our son, Kevin lives in Amarillo, TX and has 1 girl and he works for Big Five Sporting Goods Stores as Assistant Mgr. We are Blessed!!!
