Joined the USAF after leaving High School. Trained as a Russian Linguist/Interpreter and was stationed in England, Japan, and Germany. In 1994, after the Soviet Union collapsed, I retrained into Fighter Squadron Operations Management and was stationed in North Carolina, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia. Entered airlines industry, climbed corporate ladder, and am currently deputy operations manager at the largest independent cargo carrier in Europe. Am happily married to a wonderful wife (Rowena), who is the best part of my life, apart from the two children we raised.
