Barry Campbell:  

After ACHS, I attended Drexel University (formerly Drexel Institute of Technology) and graduated in 1964 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to graduating from Drexel I married Margaretanne Riddle (ACHS class of !961) in June 1963. Today we have 4 grown children (3 boys and a girl) and 14 grandchildren (8 girls and 6 boys ranging in ages 5 years thru 25 years). Our oldest granddaughter graduated from the University of Virginia with both her BA and MA degrees. Upon my graduation from Drexel, I was a nuclear power engineer involved in the construction of 4 nuclear submarines at the New York Shipbuilding Corp., Camden, NJ. In 1966 I was recruited by the U.S Central Intelligence Agency's Special Operations Division. During my time with the CIA we lived in Annapolis, MD. I remained in CIA Special Ops until May 1970 (that's all I can say about that). After leaving the CIA I joined the Vitro Corporation, Silver Springs, MD as a systems engineer involved in the development of the U.S. Navy's submarine launched Polaris, Poseidon and Trident Missile Systems and the Tomahawk Cruise Missile.
